Rutgers has banned all fraternity parties Rutgers University officials announced Monday that the school is banning all fraternity and sorority house parties. Fraternities and sororities will be required to hold events at off-campus sites, where third parties serve alcohol, for the rest of the spring semester, NJ.com reports.
